All H1B PP applied on 20th July (CA center) still in accepted status

I applied my H1b in PP on 20th July from California center, till now its in accepted status.

I got Curious and checked all the numbers above and below my number in USCIS web site, to my shock i found all the EAC cases that are applied on July 20th in accepted status still, all the other EAC numbers that are showing as received on 19th , 18th and 21 are either accepted or in initial review.

Can any one who applied on July 20th please reply here if there case has any movement.

i am thinking the file with 20th applied cases is some where in the rubble on one of those desks and no one is caring about them.
