pvboston
Hi all, I'm currently in 7th year H1B valid till 9/30/2011, my I-140 is approved and my current employer just filed for the 3-year H1 extension. I also have a job offer from company B and they are ready to file my H1B (in premium) based on my approved I-140. My question is - if company B's H1 filing is approved then will the USCIS notify my current employer and cancel their H1 extension filing? At what point does the current employer come to know that a new H1B has been approved through a different company? Thanks much for any inputs on the above. Link to comment
Attorney_17
Generally the USCIS will not notify Employer A that Employer B's H-1B (change of employer) petition has been approved. Link to comment
