I asked my employer to change it, but they deny it, because that will make them to pay more. Can I file WH4 for this? They also threaten to revoke my H1. If I file WH4, when ll the employer come to know that I have filed a complaint against them? Immediately? After filing WH4, how can I protect my H1b? Link to comment
