Transferred my H1 one year back

Hi,

 

I had an issue with my previous employer in February 2012. He didn't' pay me right time, and also having with issues with pay stubs and w2. Because of that I changed my employer in April 2012. Now I don't have issues with my current player.

 

 

 

1)  If VO asks why did you changed your employer?

 

2) If VO asks my 2012 w2, do i need give both w2 forms from current and previous employer?

1) Answer the TRUTH.

And also file complaint with DOL against the previous employer. We need to shut them out of business before they cheat somebody else and send them back to *************.
