charanreddy Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 I got my H1 recently and the start date is OCT 1st. Currently, my visa status is OPT. My question is will it be possible to transfer the H1 to new company/employer before the H1 start date or should we wait until couple of pay check are generated under my current employer after H1 start date.
