meera Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 Hi , I am currently on H4 visa and got admitted into a university.The school starts in September and i want to change to F1 before that.I am traveling to Dublin in the first week of September, Can I get my F1 visa stamped in the US embassy in Dublin?or do I have to wait to get it processed through USCIS which takes 2-6 months of time? I am an Indian Citizen and my H4 is valid till June 2014. Please help Best Meera Link to comment
