H1B Visa Transfer Issue

Hi,

 

I need your help / advice in my below situation.

 

I am employed with Company A with H1B Status.

 

Couple of weeks back, I attended an interview and got selected for a client, with another employer B to transfer my H1B visa. He told he has filed the petition[Premium Processing] on  10th July 2013. The FedEx confirmation received on 11-July. But till now[15-July], I have not received my receipt number.

 

Client forced me to join on 15th, So I am already working for Employer B. But now, I am totally scared. Because

 

1. Its 7 Calendar days, Still I didn't get the h1 transfer receipt number from Company B.

2. I didn't resign from Company A. I was expecting the receipt number, But Since I didn't get that, I am unclear now.

3. I have already started to work[Jul 15] for a client from Company B.

 

Please help me.

 

My new client from Employer B has given access / id cards. But I have to fill the time sheet by the end of this week. Should I fill the timesheet, In case If I want to move back to Company A[i didn't resign till now]?

 

Also. Will there be a tracking that I worked for a client from employer B?

 

Can you please help me to sort out this situation? I am really worried.

Dont worry much..Be cool and do fill ur new timesheets. Sometimes it takes time (1 month or more) to get receipt number.. All the best in your new job.

Your Client doesn't have patience. Ask them to file in PP. what if your H1 Transfer gets denied? And what if your current employer finds out you are WORKING somewhere else.
