H1B Transfer case

Guys,

 

Here is my scenario,

 

2nd July - USCIS received the H1B I129 petition (for H1B transfer) with premium processing

12th July - Initial review with (Premium processing 15th day clock started)

13th July - Acceptance 

 

My question is, why is it moving backwards? Shouldn't it be "Decision/RFE" after the initial review? Since they got the petition on 2nd July, should I expect a decision by 17th July?

 

(I am getting worried now because I have done H1B transfer three times before and it always got approved in 3-4 calendar days)

 

Let me know if someone has had similar experience with USCIS.

There is nothing to worry in your case.. Multiple transfers has nothing to do with the processing times..  You got your approval, thats all  you need to stay in the country & work on a legal status...
