rasu2007 Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 Hi My PERM and i140 got filed as Computer Software Engineer and got approved with Oct2010 priority date with employer A. I am considering to take a job with enhanced responsibilities with another employer B. Employer B is saying that they can start my green card process by filing new PERM with this new role and at the time of filing i140 they should able to port my previous i140 priority date which was for entirely different job description. Not sure employer B is saying truth and if this can be done. Anyone plzz? Link to comment
