tag78 Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 Hi,I moved from Michigan to Missouri but I did not change car registration as I thought I will be in Missouri temporarily but it has been 3+ years now and I was also not aware Missouri had property tax on cars. Recently I came to know that I need to pay tax on my car so I will be going to state assessor's office and pay what I am due to set this straight. Will this get on my record and cause any immigration issues? I am on H1 and GC under progress. Thanks Link to comment
