Starting from July 1st 2013, minimum wage to file a LCA is around 66 K in most of the states and TCS employees not eligible to file any new LCA or H1B extensions.

 

Last year my H1b petition approved through TCS and going for stamping next month.  Please let me know is there any problem with increased minimum wage because my salary is below the minimum standard wage.

 

Please share TCS employees H1b visa stamping experience after July 1st 2013.
