Replaced damaged passport

Hi,

I Replaced my damaged passport recently and that new passport is showing USA address, place of issue is : Houston 

Right now i am working in DC and do i need to update my new address in Indian Embassy, every time  when ever i change my home address. 

Please do let me know.
