H1B: DS FORM HELP !!!!!!!!!!

My Parents are in US(visiting Visa ).They will be flying back to India on 15 Aug 2013.

 

I am attending my H1b stamping on 26th July.

 

Need help in DS form

 

 

Is your father in the U.s ?

 

Is your mother in the U.s?

 

 

 

 

do i need to mention Yes. or it applys only for those parents who lives in US and are Citizens or Green Card.

 

Please advise .
