Travel out of US when H1 is in process

Hello

 

I came to US on a H4 visa. Now we are processing my H1B. Can I go on a bahamas cruise now when my H1 is in process? Is it ok to leave the country when visa is in progress? Also Will I need a visa to bahamas?

The Bahamas are a different country. Their visa requirements may depend on your citizenship. Check with their consulate (they probably have a website.)

For your H1, if you travel abroad, any COS would get denied, since a COS is only possible by definition if the person is in the US.
