L1B to H1B, First time H1B stamping in Vancouver

Hi All,

 

I have a question about attending visa stamping interview in Vancouver. I came to US in July 2010 on L1B, I worked 6 months on L1B for company A later Company B processed my H1B in Jan 2011. I have been working for same employer and same client since Jan 2011. I decided to attend my first H1B visa stamping in Vancouver, Canada. 

 

My question, am i eligible to attend visa stamping in Vancouver because it is change of status(from L1 to H1). I didn't study masters in US. I have bachelors degree from Indian university.
