Attorney_11
Generally, an amended H1B petition is required whenever there is a material change in the terms and conditions of employment. A change in job location can, depending on the facts and circumstances, from time to time be considered a material change necessitating an amended H1B petition. However, once again dependent on facts and circumstances, the DOL regulations may permit the filing of a new LCA or reposting of a posting notice and continuation of a prior LCA without filing an H1B amendment. It is advisable to seek the counsel of a qualified and competent immigration attorney to determine a personalized immigration strategy. Link to comment
