I am planning to go India for a personal trip from August 29th 2013 and Return to USA on September 17th 2013. I would like to know will there any be risk in entering USA by September 17th 2013 when my visa is expiring in less than 4 months. I will have exactly 3 months 14 days when i enter back to USA.
