dahibada Posted July 12, 2013 Report Share Posted July 12, 2013 I have read on couple of forums on line posted by some users that for July 2013 there are some delays in LCA approval (Greater than 7 business days) because there was change in Preliminary wages on 7/1/2013. I am not sure what is correct source of the news about delays in LCA. Did someone's employer applied LCA on 7/1 or 7/2 ? If yes then was it approved/Denied in scheduled time frame? Link to comment
