H1BJourney
Hi All, I work for a company called "Y Inc." which is my client. Me -> Employer -> Vendor -> "Y Inc." -> "Z" End Client I filed LCA with "Y Inc." because i work at his location and provide services to "Z" located some where else. If I request for client letter, my Client HR "Y" will give it as shown below.(Because they gave me same when i filed I-129 and got approved with no issues EVC model) Client Letter from place i work: This letter is to confirm that "Y Inc." has contracted with "Vendor" for the services of "Mr.Employee" to serve as senior software engineer on a project for our client "Z" at out facility located at "Y Inc. Address". --HR of "Y Inc." Y Inc. owns several projects and Z is one of them. My question is, does the VO asks letter from endclient? Can I answer that I report only to Y Inc. and provide service to Z? Please advice. Link to comment

rahul412
Can anyone advice on this? Is it confusing? That's not confusing. Your work location will be your end client. Even Microsoft has clients. But since Microsoft is so big that, they have their own work locations and make their own products. Link to comment
