When on H1 you need to get paid...I guess your fraud employer is trying to cheat you. Leave them and file a complaint with the DOL. What exactly do you need? Link to comment

In the list of document to be prepared for H1B stamping i see lot of people suggesting to carry unemployment wage report , I wanted to know what document that is Link to comment
