Payroll Question - H1 Stamping

Hi,

 

I am going for stamping in Canada.

 

I need help in answering the below questions.

 

I get paid monthly once(on time) but as per company policy the payroll is run on 20th of every month.

Is this going to be a concern? How should i go about answering

 

I work in NY and stay in NJ(near to my office), i get paid Per Diem every month for my travel expenses.

And Yes Per Diem is not part of my salary and my salary is way above the amount in LCA.

 

How should i go about answering any questions related to Per Diem

Dude, just tell the truth. Per Diem is not a big deal if you have proof to show them.
