nvsv
My H1-B was denied at the embassy earlier this year. I did my bachelors in the US and worked there for two years. I have been admitted to graduate school and was wondering, will my prior experience in the US affect my ability to qualify for an F1 visa? Link to comment
omshiv
No. You shall get F1 depending on your merits and the Credibility of the school you'll be attending. Link to comment
nvsv
Thank you, omshiv. I hope so! The school is credible and I have good GRE scores. I also went to a good undergraduate college. I am more worried I'll be denied with presumption of immigrant intent since I was in the US for so long. Link to comment
andy40
as long as the school is accredited and you can show proof of funds, you can get the f1 visa. good luck on your schooling. Link to comment
