H1B Transfer CAP-GAP

My OPT Expired On July 2nd 2013, Employer A filed for H1B in April and have it approved till 2016.

As I have applied using CAP-GAP, my DSO has extended my STEM-OPT till Sept 30th 2013.

 

Now I want to transfer my H1B to another Employer B.

 

Can I transfer using PP before Oct 1st 2013, without pay stubs(NOTE:Un-Used H1B)?

 

If Employer A gets to know that I'm transferring my H1B, can Employer A revoke/cancel my approved H1B before Oct 1st 2013?

 

If Employer A revokes before Oct 1st, will my STEM-OPT still be valid till Sept 30th until the transfer from Employer B is complete?

 

or Should I work with Employer B now as my OPT is extended, get a couple of paystubs then do a transfer with PP by Sept?

 

The last thing I would want is Employer A getting to know about the transfer and him terminating H1B immediately.
