If that was the entire case why is everyone flocking to Vancouver even if you are from east coast? Right? I would still request you all to share your experience or your friends experience in these two places. I just canceled in Ottawa and opted for Calgary. Did I do right? Link to comment

What u say? consulates or location doesn't matter. All matters is you, your company and your documents. Sorry , bit late ya. My student visa expired in July. So ,if I get out of country , I can only return after Oct 1st and after I get my VISA stamp. Link to comment
