kabbin Posted July 29, 2011 Report Share Posted July 29, 2011 You are not out of status, but you are NOT authorized to work. Please see the distinction, out of status is if you violate your VISA status altogether but since you mention EAD, you have a adjustment of status application pending and so if EAD expires, you SHOULD NOT work and if you do, its unauthorized. Hopefully you've filed for an extension. Link to comment
