H1b transfer during Cap-gap: Need immediate assistance

Hi,

 

I am currently in a situation and I will appreciate any help on this situation.

 

a) I got my H1-B approved for Company A

b) I am currently under Cap-gap OPT extension period

c) And recently I got another offer from another employer who is ready to file my H1-B. And I want to accept that offer

d) My DSO is ready to print another I-20 with company B on it

d) Can I accept the offer from Company B?

e) And can I start working for Company B before October 1st, 2013?

f) Do I need to transfer my H1B from Company A to B?

 

I would really appreciate your assistance, if I can get an immediate reply on this issue.
