H1 Transfer Pending and H4 status is approved

Hello,

 

I was on H1 until I lost my job on May 22nd, we applied the COS H4 on the same day. While H4 is pending with USCIS, I got a new job and applied the H1 Transfer(mentioned about H4 Pending status in the case) on June 27th in Normal Processing. Today(July 10) we want to change that to Premium Processing, but noticed the my H4 COS is approved on July 5th which is what is showing in USCIS Case status online, but havent  recevied the Notice yet.

 

1. Can we go ahead and move H1 normal processing to Premium. If so will USCIS consider this as a Transfer?

2. If the above question answer is No, Do we need to apply for new COS from H4 to H1? In that case what will happend to already applied H1 transfer on June 27th?

3. Will I be in out of status if they consider and approve my H1 transfer, which might required a re-entry to USA.
