2 LCA from 2 Employer at the same time- Issue?

Hi Experts,

My visa/I-94 is expiring on 30 Sep 2013. My current project with my current employer A is ending on 15 Aug 2013. And he is asking me to move to new project from 16 Aug 2013 in different location and asking me to apply for LCA to Location L1.  I also have one more offer from Employer B and he is already processing my LCA for some other location L2.

 

My question,

 

If both employers A & B applying LCA for me at the same time for Different Location L1 & L2 (A --> L1 & B--> L2), will there be any issues from both H1B extensions and LCA perspective?

1.            Is there a risk for any rejection (LCA or H1B extension) due to multiple LCA’s from multiple employers?

2.            Which LCA precedes (Say L2 LCA approved first and L1 LCA approved second)

a)            Can I choose any Employer after approval or there are any restrictions.

3.            Is there a chance Employer A, knows about I processing through Employer B also at any point?

Not relative can be either one

Yes you can choose any employer
