Can usa resident block vancouver H1 visa date as canada resident

Hi Guys,

 

I have to go to vancouver this month for my H1 stamping . I dont see any dates this month  if i log in as USA resident .I see some dates this month in vancouver if I log in as canada resident .Basically I am a usa Resident

 

Is it ok to block my H1 date as canada resident ?

 

Do you think VO knows if we block date as canada residen ?

If you do so, then it will ask you to enter Canadian PR details like PP. Do you have that??
