My SEVIS record has been terminated due to some mis communication between my UNIV DSO & SEVIS dept. MY DSO has submitted SEVIS record correction complaint. She has than issued with a case number. Its been already 2 weeks since the case number was issued. Just kept my fingers crossed to get it fixed. Thanks in ADV Link to comment

My SEVIS was not updated after my H1 was approved so my school is not providing me a CAP_GAP I20. My school has requested for a data fix with SEVIS Currently I had to stop working as my OPT expired and dont have a CAP-Gap I20 . After the data fix is completed my school is going to provide me I20 only after that I can resume working can you please provide me information how many weeks did the SEVIS took to fix data Link to comment
