L-1A Visa POE

Hi

 

I got my L1-A Visa in April 2013 and in my I-129 paper work, my employer address has been stated with one of the corporate office which is New Jersey. We do have other corporate offices in USA.

 

Can I enter into other states say Virginia, where we don't have our Corporate/Regional Office (other than stated in my paper work (I-129).

 

I need your guidance.

Generally, there is no limitation on which POE can be utilized by an individual to seek admission to the United States. They can utilize any appropriate port based on their convenience. In the unlikely even the CBP Officer asks a question as to why a particular port is selected to seek admission through, it would be advisable to say the truth and explain the reason.
