iProfile Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 Hello Everybody, I got audit for my PERM(Eb2) , Employer already replied and its in process. My 6th year of h1 if on Jan 2013.. What would be best option for me. 1. Keep waiting till they process the audit, I guess it may take 6 more months.. 2. File for another PERM (EB2/EB3)with same employer. its consulting firm 3. Start the new PERM with new employer if I can find direct client as employer. Really appreciate any insight on this matter. Thanks Link to comment
