Getting error on the CSC (Canada) visa page

Hi 

i am getting the following message .. please advise

 

Our records indicate that you currently have an active appointment scheduled at another location. You cannot have two active visa application appointments. In order to schedule a new appointment, you must first cancel your existing appointment. Click here to log in and cancel your existing appointment at the other location.

 

I have booked a appointment last week, but was not able to log in to the account.
