Arrest Record in Canada

Hi,

I have a very different situation, I worked in US on L2 visa with EAD for 10 months, was working on Army base. Wife got transfered to Canada under same company, so I left US and went to Canada with her (to get PR easily). 

 

One evening we had an argument and she called the police (no i did not hit her or even touch her), I was arrested and was released a no contact order was put by court. Now after 4 months (I requested for a trial) the prosecutor gave me an option that he can withdraw charges after 6 months or can stop the case right now and after 10 months i will be acquitted. (my lawyer explained me this is because these type of cases are of public interest and they cannot withdraw the cases just in 4 months)

 

I took the second option 2.

 

what will happen when i go for H1B stamping? I do have all the court paper and my police report stating i dont have any criminal record and the charges against me have been stayed and they will be acquitted.
