My H1 is approved in 2008 but got stamped in 2009. Had two extensions since then, 1yr (2011-2012) and now 3yrs(2012-2015). I am going to india after 4years. I want to get stamped in Canada. I booked appointment in Calgary in Oct 7th. My question is can i go for stamping to Canada. All I hear from my friends is only MS guys can to Canada. Is this true? I'm in EVC model for now. Help/Comments/suggestion plz..
sudheer339 Posted July 5, 2013 Report Posted July 5, 2013 That's not true, one of my friend came to USA through H1B visa. He got multiple extensions, and went to the interview @ Vancouver, Canada last Friday. He got his visa approved.
