July 02 stamping done

Hi Everyone,

 

I had appointment today july 02nd at vancouver at counter 5, I have each and every document. But my -ve point is my university(University of Northern Virginia)

 

1) Where did you do your masters

Ans: University of Northern Virginia

2) I don't think this university is accredited checked something in the computer and went inside for 10mins. Came back and told me that I cannot approve your visa based on your masters. Have seen the client letter and asked if I have completed my bachelors in INDIA

Ans: Yes

3) Then lets start with H1B documentation, asked for vendor letter, PO and employer letter.

4) Asked W2, LCA and paystubs.

5) Asked previous all employer and client documentation.

 

 

Finally, she told me after all this half n hour I guess I am doing right because all over your stay you were legal in USA and approving your VISA.

Was your f1 cancelled by the VO after h1 stamping?

I think yes the F1 will be removed as soon as i receive my passport back will let you know if the F1 has been removed or not.

You said VO aksed you 5) Asked previous all employer and client documentation.Does they asked previous client details?

Congrats, my visa approved last Friday. I got my passport, don't see any cancellation mark on my F1 visa stamp. Let us know once you receive your passport.
