First time visa stamping after 8 years

All,

I need your advice on H1B stamping in Hyderabad India

My background

I am on H1B Visa, working full time for American company since 6 years, and I have studied B Com.

Also I have approved 140 under EB3 (2008), I haven’t been to India since 2005.

Will it be a problem for my visa stamping?

Did anyone got rejected stamping recently?

Please advise and let me know if you have any questions.

Looking at ur case not sure.. what to say or suggest.. hope for the best and be prepared for a very good answer for why have you not return to india kind of question..

I dont forsee any issues...max they VO might ask is why didnt you go for stamping for so long...thats is..not a problem.

Friends as you guys now the situation,i was trying to go to India  from 2008 but due to the stamping situation in India i could not dare to go.

my brother passed away few days ago i am trying to reach there for his 10 days program.

 

please advice is any body in the same situation ?

Dude, unnecessarily  you are making things complex. Just tell the truth and you are good to go.

 

For any human being personal life comes first, don't neglect it. Their are lots of other options in life, H1 is not the only option.
