Visa stampling expires on Sep 2013 & H1B extended until 2016! when can i go for stamping?

Hi,

My current visa stamping is expiring in two months September 2013, I have transferred my H1B and started working with the company B from July 1,2013. 

 

1. Please let me know if i go to Canada before September 2013, can i avoid this Visa stamping? & is it a good idea to get it stamped rather then going to India?

 

2. Please let me know starting from July  how many months alteast i have to get the pay stub in order to show it in the stamping? 

 

I would like to go for a vacation by November 2013. 

 

Note: current company is a small based company (less then 200 employees) but not a consultancy services, It is working directly with the 

Client. 

 

Please help me out. I am so confused, your response will be really helpful.
