F1-H1B ..going back after 5 years ..Visa Stamping in India

I came to USA in Aug 2008 on F1 . I changed status from F1-H1B on Oct 2011. I transfer my H1B to my present employer in Nov 2012 .  I had f1 stamp in Oct 2008i . I dont have h1b stamp on my pass port yet .  I am going back to india after more than five years in dec 2013. I would like to know the chances of getting H1B stamped in such scenario. Is it prefereable to get it stamped in Canada ?

If you have all required documents since Aug 2008 to show up then you are good to go

I need your advice on H1B stamping in Hyderabad India

My background

I am on H1B Visa, working full time for American company since 6 years, and I have studied B Com.

 

currently i am doing online Executive MBA .

Also I have approved 140 under EB3 (2008), I haven’t been to India since 2005.

Will it be a problem for my visa stamping?

Did anyone got rejected their H1B visa stamping recently?

i am just worried about my education (BCom)

Thanks for Reply. I have quick question . Someone mentioned all documents since Aug 2008. If I have changes my status from F1 to H1B in that case When I go for H1B stamping Do they ask for F1 related any documents such as OPT Approval  , I20s , EAD card . I am on H1B status from Oct 2011 and transfered my H1B once in Nov 2012.

 

What should I expect on H1B related documents ot F1 related as well - like OPT -EAD card , OPT approval Notice , OPT I20 etc... ?
