Name confusion in I94

Hello,

 

I recently got my H1 transferred from one employer to another. The transfer was approved and I also got my approval notice and new I94 from my employer.

My full name is Sathya Prabu Rajagopal (First Name: Sathya Prabu,Last Name: Rajagopal). At the time of filing I129, my employer gave the information as below:

First Name: Sathya

Full Middle Name: Prabu

Last Name: Rajagopal

But in approval notice I797A, my name is spelt as below:

Beneficiary: Rajagopal, Sathya P.

Now I have to go to India for some personal reasons. When I go for stamping there, will this name related issue cause any confusion?
