Hi -

Thank you to everyone in adavance who is going provide valuable response to my query.

I have I-140 approved and labor is in EB3. Now I am getting full time offer from my client. For this I will need to Transfer my H1 and my H1 is valid till June 2012. I would like to know the possibilities of best and worst case scenarios in this situation considering the time left on my H1, I140 approved, client files for GC quickly/delays... etc.
