reenter on AP - continue on h1b

are AP given with only 1 yr validity

or do we get it for two years

like the 2 yr validity for EAD

is there a place in AP - 1-131 form to request for 2 yrs AP.

also..if one reenters using an AP ,can they still continue to work on h1b with the same
employer as long as the h1b is valid.

Depends on USCIS to approve for 1 or 2 years,you cannot ask for that.

You can continue on H1 after entering back on AP.
