I will have 29 months of OPT after graduation which is enough time for EB2 processing. Can any employer file for green card (EB2) while I am still on OPT or do I have to get H1B first? t75 Posted July 1, 2013 Report Posted July 1, 2013 You should plan to get H1B due to potential processing time delays. If you cannot find an employer to sponsor H1B, how do you expect to get GC?
