rahug4u Posted June 30, 2013 Report Posted June 30, 2013 Hi, My priority date is oct 2006 EB2 and hopefully I will be current in Aug. 2013 bulletin. I have some emergency and I need to travel to UK/India for 2 weeks in July last week - august 2nd week. I have switched my job last year in aug. 2012 and my immigration attorney has suggested to not file AC21 and wait for RFE. I have good terms with my old employer and he won't revoke my I-140. question is should I file AC21 so that I do not get trouble while entering back in US ?
Belle Posted July 1, 2013 Report Posted July 1, 2013 It is immensely inlikely that filing AC21 notification (or not) would impact your ability to enter the country. There are other reasons to send an AC21 notification, but you seem to be against it.
