AspiringCan
Hi, I have a EAD and am currently working. My husband is the main applicant. Is it possible for me to go to full time school on EAD? Do I have to shift to F1? If I have to shift to F1 and during my school years, the dates become current, can I go from F1 to GC? Thank in advance for your help. Link to comment
JoeF
The EAD is irrelevant for that, unless you want to work on campus. Your pending I-485 is what keeps you legal, and it also allows you to study fulltime, of course. Link to comment
kalyan_ac
You can go to school on EAD. Your F1 will most likely be rejected because you already have an EAD which shows immigrant intent while F1 visa does not, unless the immigration bill passes which allows that. Link to comment
