sriramnarendra Posted June 27, 2013 Report Posted June 27, 2013 Hello Forum, I am Narendra from Bangalore. I got my H4 stamped and H1 got approved recently for 2014 cap. Can I travel to USA on H4 and apply for COS from H4 to H1. can you please help me with this at the earliest as I am travelling in a week's time.
jairichi Posted July 8, 2013 Report Posted July 8, 2013 You can travel. But, your employer has to pay again H1B fees to do the COS once you are in US on H4 visa. Will your employer be willing to do this?
