Labor Certification processing time ETA 9089

Hi,

My labor certification was filled in 3rd week of February with no useful information yet on the case. How long does it take to get through labor and is there any online tracking of the application based on ETA case number. Thanks in advance.

As of now, the DOL is still certifying the cases from first week of FEB, you might mostly get to know in next 2-3 weeks.

And regading checking the case, you cannot check the case by yourself, but your attorney can do it for you. You can request them to let you know your status.Mostly it would be "in process"
