H1b stamping in india - lawyer accompanying

Hi,

       I am planning to get my h1b visa stamped in india coming august. Is there a way where I can accompany with a lawyer to visa office  to get stamped. I want to be on the safe side .

 

Any one has done this before .. If so can you provide the law firm details, so that I can contact them.

What do you mean by safe side??why do you need lawyer??

 

Only the applicants are allowed inside the consulate. No one can accompany you during the interview.

 

That's your H1, so you have to face the interview.
