jmudd
Hi, 1> I have a H1b from my employer, client A in sunnyvale, California location. Now I changed my client to client B in Palo Alto, California location. My employer applied for new LCA for Palo Alto location. Do I have to get my H1b ammendment done as well. The two locations are 15 miles apart. 2>I need to get my H1b stamping done as I am travelling to india . I just want to make sure I do not face any issues based on the above scenario. regards webberite Link to comment

satya2k1
Check if both locations are within the same MSA. If they are, then you may not require to file amendment. I am not an attorney, check with others as well. Link to comment
