H1B Stamping in India

I need to travel to India in August, and my VISA stamp got expired in June. My petition stands still 2016. Some of my friends suggested that In Canada for stamping and someone telling that “this is only extension we can safely do in India ”

 

Can anyone suggest me  which is the best way to get stamped.

there is no best way to get stamped...show all your docs, if you and your employer has good background, you should not worry about the country and should get it stamped wherever you like..dont listen to friends especially regarding to immigration matters.

I am on H1B Visa, working full time for American company since 6 years, and I have studied B Com.

Also I have approved 140 under EB3 (2008), I haven’t been to India since 2005.

Will it be a problem for my visa stamping?

Did anyone got rejected their H1B visa stamping recently?
